Built by operators, for restaurants.
Qualee was founded in Luxembourg by Marco and Gaspard, operators rather than a generalist automation shop. We design, deploy and run the AI systems behind premium restaurants like SixSeven at Royal Hamilius, and we stay accountable to one number: hours given back to the dining room.

Deploy-and-disappear is the industry default. Our method ends on Optimize for a reason: we measure what the system saves, refine it monthly and extend it as the house grows.
You own everything
The systems run in accounts your restaurant owns: your data, your tools, your access. If we ever part ways, it all stays with you and keeps working.
The tool is never the point. The restaurant is.
