Luxembourg co-funds restaurant digitalisation through the SME Packages – Digital (Luxembourg) programme, run by the House of Entrepreneurship. An SME with a Luxembourg establishment can recover up to 70% of a qualified AI project, typically €3,000 – €25,000 in scope, up to a maximum grant of €17,500.

A short, structured review with the House of Entrepreneurship confirms your eligibility and frames the project. We prepare the file and sit through it with you.

We design and deploy the systems scoped in the file, inside the tools you already own, while service carries on as usual.

The grant is paid

Once the project is delivered and invoiced, the State pays out its share: up to 70% of the cost, capped at €17,500.

One condition, plainly put.

The programme is open to SMEs with an establishment in Luxembourg, which covers nearly every independent restaurant and hospitality group in the country. If you hold a business permit and employ fewer than 250 people, you almost certainly qualify. We confirm it in the first call, before any commitment.
